John and Diane Misina Biography
The Misinas have been practicing real estate in the greater Eagle River area for over 20 years and now work together at the Eagle River Office of Eliason Realty.
The diversity of a real estate career is what captivates Diane and John's interest, whether it's working with buyers and sellers, touring properties, taking the best possible photographs, or researching the newest technologies for the real estate industry. Each day brings new challenges and experiences. Helping people wade through the rules, codes, negotiations, financing and ultimately reaching their goal (be it buying or selling their Northwoods real estate) is what makes it all worth while.
John's Areas of Expertise
Land and lakes expert, knows the area extremely well, distinguishes physical characteristics of a property, such as tree species and soil types, which stems from his education in Forestry and Resource Management.
Diane's Areas of Expertise
Finance and photography expert, knows her way around an operating proforma, as well as real estate law stemming from her education in business, finance and real estate. Being an Eliason, real estate has been a life-long family endeavor for Diane, who continues to enjoy this multi-faceted industry.
